Retaining frame for heating plate

A removable solution that adapts to the griddle.

The holding frame is designed for the Krampouz professional griddle.

Made entirely of stainless steel, it is simply placed on the griddle
and can hold the equivalent of a GN 1/1 container (i.e. 3
GN 1/3 containers or 1 GN 2/3 container and 1 GN 1/3 container …: Multiple
combinations are possible).

We recommend using this holder with GN containers with a height
of 65 mm to ensure optimal hold: 3 inserts on each side of the frame allow
the containers to be fixed during use.

GN containers with a height of more than 65 mm are still compatible, but they will be higher than the frame.
