Multifunctional Hot Plate: Cooking and Keep Warm

The Krampouz professional electric hot plate is a multifunctional device:
It keeps food warm and allows for low-temperature cooking.

As the first hot plate on the market to reach a maximum temperature of
120°C and whose surface is certified for food contact, it features an
adjustable thermostat that allows the plate's temperature to be adapted
to the desired use.

It uses the same technology as professional Krampouz planchas to ensure
uniform heat distribution over the surface.

With a power of 500 W, a surface area of 53.3 x 32.5 cm, and a compact
size (53.3 x 32.5 x 7.6) that allows for both longitudinal and
transverse positioning, the professional hot plate impresses with its
versatility:

• Keeping plates warm
• Keeping sauces and dishes warm in Gastronorm containers
• Bain-marie cooking
• Low-temperature cooking (<120 °C)
• Direct heating of food (tarts, quiches)

The stainless steel hot plate is designed for use in various environments
and features 4 feet and a cable under the unit to ensure safe placement
on a buffet or in a professional kitchen.

It can be used alone or in conjunction with the support frame (Ref. ASB1)
on which Gastronorm containers can be placed.
